1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KuzeyOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KuzeyOS is an AI-powered personal media operating system that helps content creators plan, generate, analyze, and optimize their content strategy. The Service includes AI-generated content drafts, analytics, coaching, and audience management tools.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate content suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing
• You own the content you create using the Service
• Your content and doctrine data is sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) for processing

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of charge
• Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period

7. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using paid features.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by KuzeyOS and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KuzeyOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
